The selected firm will develop a Campus Master Plan using an integrated planning approach that aligns physical campus development with academic, financial, and strategic planning. The plan will include investigation and assessment of existing conditions (campus land use, building use, open space, circulation, parking, academic programs, infrastructure, etc.), future campus requirements and projections (enrollment, faculty/staff, space, parking, housing, etc.), and a recommended 2025-2035 Master Plan covering land and building use, historical preservation, open space, landscape guidelines, vehicular circulation, on-campus residential, infrastructure, architectural design guidelines, cost estimates, and a capital improvement program with phasing plan.
