The Awarded Contractor shall provide services including but not limited to overhead distribution, system maintenance, street lighting, electrical distribution equipment maintenance (up to 1,200 amps), motor wiring, control system maintenance associated with large HVAC systems up to 120 tons, sewage treatment equipment maintenance, control systems, telephone wiring, generators up to 400Kv, phone systems, commercial laundry equipment maintenance, repair of small equipment, maintenance and service of fire alarm systems, 120V secondary systems, repair of the electrical portion of commercial refrigeration equipment, and 811 locating duties. The contractor must supply all necessary hand tools; the Agency will provide large tools such as bucket trucks and ladders. Work is performed at Ellisville State School Main Campus, 1101 Highway 11 South, Ellisville, MS 39437, and adjoining employee housing.
