RFB - Request For Bid
Vendor shall supply automotive lighting and safety products for public safety vehicles from authorized manufacturers listed in Exhibit A. Vendor must bid on a minimum of one manufacturer and may bid on up to five additional manufacturers or brands. Pricing shall be based on discounts off current published manufacturer price lists. Vendor must supply 100% of each manufacturer's product line and be authorized as a manufacturer, distributor, or authorized reseller. Deliveries shall be F.O.B. delivered with freight prepaid. Equipment offered must be new, unused, current models matching existing County equipment styling. Prices quoted are maximum for the agreement period; any price declines or lower prices offered to other California public entities must be immediately extended to the County.
