Remove and dispose approximately +/- 3,500 square feet of concrete vehicle parking area (approximately 38’ x 88’), prepare base with new crushed aggregate base as needed for minimum 6-inch slab, install rebar grid at 18 inches on-center each way with dowels into existing slab, install forms and expansion joints, locate electrical lines, pour 4,000 PSI Hi-Early concrete with 3/4-inch rock, agitate to remove air pockets, finish edges and broom-finish surface, provide barricades, portable restroom and wash facility, daily cleanup, permits and inspections, with supervisor onsite and work per Cal/OSHA and LACoFD specifications.
