Remove and dispose of the existing flat roof, remove mastic, patch pipe penetrations and provide new flashings, inspect sheathing, replace damaged material and install a vapor barrier, R10 polyisocyanurate insulation, fasteners and a 60 mil TPO membrane with tapered underlayment. Roof underlayment is priced at 15% replacement as a separate line item. The contractor supplies all labor and materials, pulls permits, cleans up daily and provides a porta potty and hand wash unit.
