The bidder must supply one brand new, current-year compact or mid-size hybrid SUV meeting detailed specifications including a minimum 1.5L I-4 hybrid system with 190 HP and 150 lb-ft torque, a 1.0 kWh lithium-ion battery, continuously variable automatic transmission, 2-wheel drive, minimum 4,000 lbs GVWR, and various cab, electrical, and safety features. The vehicle must be delivered with exempt license plates installed, a full tank of fuel, and all required documentation (build sheet, window sticker, invoice, purchase order). Delivery must be made by 12/14/2026 to DMH-Vermont Corridor Site 1, 510 S Vermont Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90020, by appointment only, Tuesday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
