This is a one time supply purchase of C-5 Main Landing Gear Stands. The Contractor shall supply all parts, materials, and transport necessary to deliver four (4) C-5 Main Landing Gear Stands. The equipment must provide maintenance access to the C-5 main landing gear in support of the 402d Aircraft Maintenance Group AMXG) at Robins Air Force Base (AFB), Georgia.
Contractor shall provide:
one (1) hardcopy and one (1) electronic copy of operation and maintenance manuals on all equipment delivered within seven (7) calendar days after inspection/acceptance of equipment. The manual shall include technical information, specifications, operational instructions, drawings, schematics, equipment maintenance instructions, and/or any other applicable information such as a recommended spare parts list. The contractor shall supply all parts, materials, and transport necessary to deliver four (4) C-5 Main Landing Gear Stands. The stands must be made of aluminum, fixed height at 65", on minimum 5" x 2" swivel locking polyurethane or metal casters, with a platform minimum 105" long and 48" wide, diamond plate treads, adjustable and removable minimum 42" handrails with 21" mid rails, minimum 1000 pound capacity, and rubber bumpers. The contractor shall also provide one hardcopy and one electronic copy of operation and maintenance manuals within seven calendar days after inspection/acceptance, including technical information, specifications, operational instructions, drawings, schematics, equipment maintenance instructions, and a recommended spare parts list. Delivery is required within 90 calendar days after award receipt, FOB Destination, to Robins AFB, GA.
