RFB - Request For Bid
Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and disposal necessary to construct a new concrete driveway and ramp. Work includes flat sawing, breaking, and removing a portion of existing concrete driveway and curb (approx. 208 SF / 4.15 CY); wall sawing, breaking, and removing a portion of existing concrete wall for a new driveway opening (5'-6" × 13" up to 12" thick); excavating and leveling dirt sub-grade for new driveway (approx. 1,540 SF / 30 CY); doweling and epoxying new concrete to existing, and pouring back new concrete driveway at 4,000 PSI with #4 rebar at 12" O/C (approx. 1,755 SF / 33 CY total pour back); hauling off all slurry, water control, concrete debris, and spoils to a permitted disposal facility; and cleaning and restoring the site daily to broom-clean condition.
