The purpose of this project is to construct concrete sidewalks, curbs, and ramps on Harvard Avenue, extending from Lambert Avenue to Hamilton Street. The project will be divided into two sections: Section A will be from Lambert Avenue to Bradley Avenue, and Section B will be from Bradley Avenue to Hamilton Street. The total project will consist of construction of approximately 10,000 s.f. of sidewalk, 3,050 s.f of driveway apron, 2,000 l.f. of concrete curb, and 600 s.f. of pedestrian handicap ramps.
