The bidder must provide an annual subscription to Armada's Commander OS Platform (Armada Atlas) for 40 devices, a monthly fee for one Armada Local Terminal to gain access to Armada Local pooled data, and an annual service fee for terminal bandwidth that includes local priority data up to 1 TB/year. The contract period is from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2027. The bidder must be an authorized distributor/reseller/service provider and include a letter of certification from the manufacturer. All items are brand-specific and no substitutions are allowed.
