The Office is soliciting proposals from qualified attorneys (“Counsel”) to assist in providing the City of Los Angeles legal services related to asserting and responding to claims under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), Resources Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), California Carpenter-Presley-Tanner Hazardous Substance Account Act (HSAA), common law, and/or other theories or means of cost recovery for environmental harm, including the recovery of insurance.
