The bidder shall furnish 100 Document Scanner – Ricoh fi-8170 or Equal units that meet or exceed all minimum technical specifications, including automatic document feeder (ADF), duplex scanning, minimum simplex speed of 70 ppm and duplex speed of 140 ipm, optical resolution of 600 dpi, connectivity via USB-C and Ethernet, and compatibility with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. The equipment must be new, unused, current models, not remanufactured, refurbished, or used. The bidder must include descriptive literature with the bid, complete the right-hand column of the specification sheet indicating 'AS SPECIFIED' or detailing exceptions, and include a copy of all required Appendix A forms. The bidder must also be an authorized distributor/reseller/service provider and provide manufacturer certification letters. Delivery is F.O.B. delivered to 110 N. Grand Avenue, Room 125, Los Angeles, CA 90012.
