The Contractor shall remove and dispose approximately 5,500 +/- sq. ft. of existing asphalt shingle roof, underlayment, all penetration flashings, hip and valley flashings, and wall flashings and replace with a new asphalt shingle roof system, including removing mastic, patching penetrations with new flashings, surface preparation with 15% understructure replacement, installation per specifications, inspection of sheathing, penetrations and curbs, daily cleanup, and provision of warranties.
