The contractor will fabricate and install Phase 1 Baseline Implementation interior signage exclusively in the Public Corridors of the Main Hospital building on Levels 01 through 06. The work includes supplying and installing various sign types such as Department Identification Plaques (ST-31), Room Identification Plaques (ST-40), Room ID with Changeable Insert (ST-41), Room ID with In-Use Window (ST-43), Restroom ID ADA & Title 24 (ST-45 & ST-46), Architectural Room Numbers (ST-49), Egress Directional plaques (ST-50 & ST-51), Evacuation Plan frames (ST-52), Equipment Identification (ST-53), Fire Door Egress decals (ST-54), Stairwell Level & ID signs (ST-60 & ST-61), Regulatory plaques (ST-70 & ST-71), Information Frame Acrylic (ST-72), and Vinyl Decal Numbers (ST-74). The contractor must perform demolition and removal of existing signs using specified tools, patch and paint walls as needed, provide dust and debris containment, and maintain as-installed record drawings. All signage must comply with 2022 California Building Code, ADA standards, and other applicable codes, and must be engineered by a California Registered Structural Engineer where required.
