The bidder must furnish and deliver one EditShare FLEX Cloud Sync Server (ES-FLEX-CLOUD-SYNC-SVR), one EditShare FLEX Sync perpetual license (ES-FLEXSYNC-PERP), one day of remote commissioning (ES-COMM-REMOTE), one day of remote product training for up to 5 people (ES-TRAIN-REMOTE), five years of EditShare Annual Support Contract - Standard (ES-SUP-STANDARD), one NetGear M4350-24X8F8V Ethernet switch (XSM4340V-100NES), and two Proline Cisco SFP-10G-T-CAT compatible TAA 10GBase-TX SFP+ transceivers (SFP-10G-T-CAT-PRO). All equipment must be new, unused, current models, and meet California and County of Los Angeles safety requirements. The bidder must be an authorized distributor/reseller/service provider and include manufacturer letters of certification. Delivery is F.O.B. delivered, freight prepaid and allowed, to ITD at 14714 Carmenita Rd, Norwalk, CA 90650.
