Contractor must remove and dispose of two existing 15-foot swing gates (30 feet wide, 8 feet high, topped with barbed wire and privacy slats); cut and install a below-grade V-track with concrete footings approximately 30 feet long, 12 inches wide, and 12 inches thick; install a new gate post for the rear pipe track mounted to the concrete block wall; install a minimum 1.5/8 inch X schedule 40 rear pipe track with heavy-duty cast-iron track wheels; install a galvanized gate post of minimum 2. 7/8 inch diameter schedule 40 gate frame with 1.0/8 inch schedule 40 chain link fabric eight feet high, nine gauge, privacy slats inserted in sand or brown color, and vinyl-coated black chain link fence; install an eye hook on the rolling gate and post for locking; work hours are Monday-Thursday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm; complete by September 30, 2026; warranty minimum one year against defects.
