The solution must employ AI/ML models trained on ransomware behaviors, detect advanced evasion techniques, block ransomware abusing legitimate tools, propagate protection enterprise-wide, detect data exfiltration without decrypting traffic, and provide human-led response and recovery services. The contractor must also provide professional services for implementation (remote project management, system testing, knowledge transfer), one remote training workshop for up to 5 administrators, online self-paced training, monthly cadence calls for 12 months, and 24x7 support with 4-hour resolution for critical issues.
