Upon arrival, please inform the front desk that you are submitting a Proposal to the City Secretary's Office. Front desk personnel will notify the Department and provide instructions for package delivery.
All submitters must remain in the lobby area until access to the 3rd floor is authorized. Department staff will time-stamp the submission, make a copy of the envelope, and return it to the submitter. It is strongly recommended that submitters wait to receive a copy of the time-stamped envelope for their records.
