Bidders are strongly encouraged to submit their proposals electronically through use of Cit-E-Bid or in person - hand delivery. Mailed Bids (i.e. USPS, FedEx, UPS), telegraphic, emails or facsimile bids will not be considered.
Bids may be hand delivered at the City Secretary Office, 1110 Houston St., 3rd Floor, Laredo, Texas 78040 until 5:00 PM on September 18, 2026 and all bids received will be acknowledged at 10:00 AM on September 21, 2026.
Hand delivered bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: IFB 2026-084 Zacate Creek Maintenance - Environmental Services.
