The contractor shall provide mediation services as required by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Mediators will be compensated at a flat hourly rate of $75.00 and will receive reimbursement for authorized training expenses, travel expenses, and other approved costs associated with providing services. Travel throughout the Commonwealth is required, and overnight travel may be required. The contractor must be able to provide a minimum of 80 hours of service annually.
