Physicians shall provide services to the Veterans of Carl M. Brashear Radcliff Veterans Center to include evaluation and management of patient medical care for scheduled and acute encounters. Services include accepting responsibility for initial and subsequent veteran care, supporting discharges and transfers, making periodic patient visits, providing appropriate medical orders and documentation, maintaining conduct and compliance, assessing new admissions, providing 24 hour/day on-call service, coordinating emergency care and hospital transport, supervising medical care, and following all state and Federal guidelines/regulations for long-term care facilities.
