The lessee will be required to plant up to 1,101 acres of row crops (soybeans, corn, milo, or alternate crops as approved) using no-till/minimal till methods, with specific planting and harvesting schedules. The lessee must also provide goods and services including up to $60,000 of white rocks for road maintenance, up to $20,000 of green browse/food plot seed, up to $50,000 of chemical/fertilizer and application, and up to $25,000 of heavy equipment services, with costs deducted from the final contract payment. The lessee must comply with soil test recommendations, control vegetation on non-planted acres, and submit annual reports. The lease is for a one-year term renewable for up to four additional years.
