The Contractor shall provide installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, modernization, repair, replacement, testing, and commissioning of interior electrical systems (including Main Distribution Panels, Switchgear, Automatic Transfer Switches, Motor Control Centers, lighting, and fire alarm support) and exterior electrical infrastructure (including medium-voltage, overhead and underground distribution, utility poles, transformers, and SCADA-integrated systems). The Contractor shall also provide generator and emergency power services, testing and commissioning services (including infrared thermographic inspections, power quality analysis, and arc flash studies), and 24/7 emergency response with specified callback and on-site response times. The work includes providing fixed hourly rates for labor classifications and equipment rates, and materials are reimbursed at documented invoice cost.
