The successful Contractor shall provide pre-event, post-event, and event-related cleaning, maintenance, installation, removal, and related support services at various Kentucky Horse Park facilities, including arenas, stadiums, barns, rings, exhibit halls, and other event areas. Services include cleaning of Alltech Arena (5,500 seats), Rolex Stadium (7,500 seats), Covered Arena (1,100 seats), barn stall cleaning, pressure washing of seating and concourses, mat installation and removal in multiple rings and arenas, tarp and event deck flooring installation/removal, tent city cleaning, hourly event maintenance crew services, and EDU flooring installation/removal. Work is on an as-needed basis, often performed overnight.
