The awarded vendor will be responsible for printing and installing signage at KSFB facilities. The vendor must provide their own equipment (e.g., boom lifts, scissor lifts) for installation, coordinate with show decorators, and may need to conduct site visits. Artwork will be supplied in print-ready files; no design services are needed. The vendor must be able to provide services throughout the Commonwealth for billboard installation. Installation may require hot work permits for welding or soldering, and all federal and state OSHA requirements must be met. The vendor will be notified of conditions in advance, and access to the facility will be coordinated. Not all items will require installation; some installations will require cable. The billboard inventory is purchased through Lamar and Outfront and is located throughout Kentucky.
