The contractor must furnish and deliver one mobile 14'L x 8'W x 8'H air quality monitoring equipment shelter with specified features including a standard aluminum base frame, pre-finished metal exterior cladding, fiberglass reinforced interior cladding, commercial grade slip-resistant flooring, rubber membrane roof, insulation meeting R25 equivalent, insulated metal access door with key-less lock, metal vertical ladder, aluminum roof railing system, 8-foot work bench, tie-down points, sidewall brackets, aluminum skid runners, roof penetrations, wall penetration, a 200A 120/240V electrical system with circuit breakers, duplex outlets, exterior GFI outlet, meter socket and mast, fluorescent light fixtures, and a 1.0 ton HVAC wall-mount unit. The shelter must meet 2018 Kentucky Building Code, NEC regulations, and OSHA specifications. The vendor must deliver with an approved Kentucky Industrialized Building System (KIBS) certificate and an engineer-stamped building plan detailing the anchoring system. Bids must include shipping and installation at the delivery location (FIVCO Health Dept, 2924 Holt Street, Ashland, KY 41101), and the vendor must offload the shelter upon delivery.
