Supply of Custom Reactivated Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) Services
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Bids received
after the designated time for receival of bids will not be considered. Unsealed bids, including facsimile
bids or bids sent by e-mail, will not be considered. The Owner of the project is Cobb County-Marietta
Water Authority. Bidders shall inform themselves concerning Georgia Laws and comply with same.

answered, will be addressed by addendum to the Contract Documents. Receipt of any amendment to this
