The contractor will provide janitorial services at the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 6 Office, a 21,928 sq. ft. facility at 421 Buttermilk Pike, Covington, KY. Services include daily cleaning of restrooms, breakroom, offices, conference rooms, and common areas; weekly tasks such as spray buffing hallways and dusting; monthly polishing of furniture; semi-annual floor scrubbing and carpet cleaning; and annual window washing, blind cleaning, and wall sanitizing. The contractor must provide a minimum of 2 employees nightly, Monday through Friday, starting no earlier than 4:30 PM and finishing by midnight. The agency will supply disposable washroom supplies and storage space.
