The project includes removal of the existing building hydraulic HVAC controls system and installation and startup of a new DDC controls system, including system programming and startup. The new system shall interface with existing building equipment and with the Commonwealth Energy Management and Controls System (CEMCS). The existing gas-fired Makeup Air Unit (MAU) and exhaust fan serving the facility kitchen hood are also to be replaced.
