Work includes the removal and proper disposal of buildings, fences, septic tanks, driveways, paved areas, conduits, and other miscellaneous structures and encumbrances on the designated parcels. For Parcel 6 (133 Otis Hill, Pikeville KY 41501), this includes a single-story single-family residence (2,004 SF) with metal roof and poured concrete/crawl space, a wood shed (120 SF), all concrete sidewalks and pads, and any and all debris; trees remain in place and all additional pavement and gravel can remain. For Parcel 19 (RT KY 194, Pikeville Ky), this includes a metal commercial building (2,269 SF) with poured concrete foundation, and removal of any vegetation needed to access the structure; all additional pavement and gravel can remain. The contractor must also perform rodent control measures via a licensed exterminator, comply with Kentucky 811 requirements, dispose of all materials at a permitted facility, and restore disturbed areas with seeding.
