The work includes mobilization of equipment; foundation preparation (non-yielding and yielding); installation of 2', 3', 4', 5', and 6' polypropylene bags; concrete placement via transfer pump or pump truck; traffic control; backfill with 6" minus stone or Class II channel lining; Class III channel lining for erosion control; supply of Class B concrete; and operation of a long reach trackhoe. All work must conform to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet's 2026 Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction. Installation locations and quantities will be furnished through written Transportation Delivery Orders.
