The contractor will provide all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to construct polypropylene barrier walls for bank erosion control. Work includes mobilization of equipment, foundation preparation (non-yielding and yielding), installation of 2', 3', 4', 5', and 6' polypropylene bags, concrete placement via transfer pump or pump truck, traffic control, backfill with 6" minus stone or Class II channel lining, Class III channel lining for erosion control, supply of Class B concrete, and operation of a long-reach trackhoe. The contractor must respond to written Transportation Delivery Orders for each project and perform work at various sites within Districts 11 and 12.
