Resurface 2.36 miles of Temperance Road (KY-622) from KY-585 north to CR-1027 with asphalt surface and leveling and wedging, including DGA base, asphalt milling and texturing, base failure repair by milling 8 inches and backfilling with Class 2 Asphalt Base, non-tracking tack coat, edge keys, trenching and shoulder wedge, durable pavement edge, edgeline rumble strips, temporary and permanent striping and thermoplastic markings, and maintain and control traffic with alternating one-way traffic.
