The services covered in this contract will include Next-generation Sequencing (NGS) of dried blood spot specimens for lysosomal disorders currently screened and considered for future screening in the KHEL Newborn Screening section. The vendor will provide a price per condition screened. Services include NGS analysis of IDUA gene (MPS I), IDS gene (MPS II), GAA gene (Pompe), GALC gene (Krabbe), ARSA gene (MLD), and DMD gene (DMD). All NGS results must be provided to KHEL on an official report generated by the vendor with vendor letterhead, and must be received by KHEL within fourteen (14) business days of vendor receipt of dried blood spot specimen.
