The Wrecker Service Company shall provide towing and removal of junked vehicles from Premises within the City of Irving (hereafter “City”) to be taken for disposal to a scrapyard or motor vehicle demolisher on an “as needed basis” in accordance with Subchapter E of Texas Transportation Code Chapter 683.
