BACKGROUND
The fire station proposed for this award is the new Fire Station No. 9. An existing commercial building will be renovated and expanded for this project and is located at 3229 Premier Drive, Irving, TX 75063. The selected candidate must demonstrate how they will repurpose the existing structure for fire station operations and identify any necessary structural upgrades required to transition the building from Risk Category II to Risk Category IV.
