The project consists of removal and replacement of approximately 26 windows on the main floor and basement level of the R&D Building at North Central Correctional Facility. Additional scope may include minor exterior stucco patching and painting, interior repairs around windows including wood trim replacement, drywall and painting. The work will take a phased approach due to the building being occupied. Design services include all necessary disciplines, field examination, coordination with the Construction Manager, preparation of construction documents, cost opinions, and construction administration including submittal review, site visits, and closeout documentation.
