The successful bidder must purchase and remove the house from the site, leaving the site free of debris and in an orderly fashion. All solid waste must be deposited in a permitted sanitary landfill. Any tree removal or trimming must be approved by DNR staff. The bidder has the option to take or leave the 500-gallon propane tank, play ground set, and dog kennel.
