The bidder must supply law enforcement badges matching the exact appearance, design, dimensions, and style of current badges, manufactured by Entenmann-Rovin Co. / ABY Manufacturing Group or an approved equivalent. Badges must be made of solid 12-gauge 'Carlton' Gold base with 16-gauge Platiloy silver panels, high-temperature lead-free French Cloisonné enamels, and a high-baked clear lacquer finish. The bidder must also provide repair services including simple refinish, one/two panel change, and pin attach removal. Orders shall be accepted via email, online ordering systems, or fax, and the bidder must provide a direct URL to their internet-based ordering system. The bidder must provide quotes within 24 business hours, transmit order confirmations within 24 hours, and resolve all billing or product inquiries within 30 calendar days.
