The vendor will provide comprehensive health services including primary care, nursing, sick call, infirmary care, hospitalization, emergency care, maternal health, chronic care, long-term care, dialysis, hospice/palliative care, dental, optometry, physical and occupational therapy, pharmacy, laboratory, mental health, substance use/addiction recovery services, medication assisted treatment (MAT), electronic health record (EHR) management, county jail claims management, interstate compact offsite request reviews, transitional healthcare, and ancillary services. Services must meet or exceed Constitutional and community standards, NCCHC standards, ACA standards, ADA requirements, and applicable Indiana statutes. The vendor must also provide staffing, training, infection control, specialty care, and administrative functions across all IDOC facilities.
