Title II Grant Evaluator
The contractor must provide evaluation and technical assistance to up to eight grantees implementing the OJJDP Title II Formula Grants Program. Duties include assisting grantees with developing evaluation plans (logic models, process/outcome measures, evaluation design), designing data collection forms and databases, analyzing performance measure data, providing status updates at quarterly MCJJ meetings, disbursing and reviewing Quarterly Performance Measures Reports and submitting them annually to OJJDP, making a minimum of two site visits per grantee in the first year and one per year thereafter, and submitting site visit reports, monthly reports, annual reports, evaluation reports, and quarterly reports. The contractor must be available for telephone and email inquiries Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, and must provide its own workspace, supplies, vehicles, and equipment.
