This concessionaire will be responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and grounds of the campground located in the Glendale Fish and Wildlife Area. The campground consists of 121 campsites, a comfort station with showers and flush toilets, 4 pit toilets, and a fish cleaning station, as well as multiple water hydrants, and a dump station.

This bid is not eligible for electronic bid through the Supplier Portal. To allow for sufficient processing time in compliance with Indiana State law, all quoted prices offered to the State under this Event must be valid for thirty (30) calendar days after the Response Due By date/time. Pricing must include all applicable charges, fees, and shipping.
The concessionaire will be responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and grounds of the campground at Glendale Fish and Wildlife Area. Duties include rental of campsites, mowing the campground area, cleaning the comfort station, vault toilets, and fish cleaning station, litter control, maintenance of campground electric pedestals, picnic tables, field drains, fire rings, tree trimming and removal of hazardous limbs, replacement of lights and electrical fixtures, repair of toilets and plumbing, maintenance of water hydrants, pumping of vault toilets, spring opening and end-of-season winterizing of facilities, patrol and policing of the campground, and payment of utility bills for water, electricity, gas, septic hauling, and trash removal. The concessionaire may also retail camping and fishing essentials such as firewood, ice, bait, and other supplies.
