The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for comprehensive grounds maintenance, landscaping, and snow removal services. Work includes weekly turf care (mowing, edging, trimming), fertilization four times per year, aeration once per year, landscaping (flowerbeds, shrubs, trees, mulching twice annually), irrigation system maintenance and seasonal start-up/shutdown, leaf collection in fall and winter, spring and fall clean-ups, snow removal beginning at 1 inch accumulation, salting and de-icing, and 24/7 emergency response for snow/ice events and downed trees or storm debris. The contractor must assign a dedicated account manager, horticulturist, and licensed arborist, and maintain all necessary equipment.
