This is a Firm-Fixed-Price 5-year BPA for complete snow and ice removal services, including all management, labor, equipment, and materials, to maintain safe conditions for personnel, vehicles, and aircraft, ensuring continuous mission operations. Please refer to the attached solicitation (FA820127Q0002) and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the full scope of work and submission instructions.

The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, transportation, and supervision for base-wide snow and ice removal at Hill AFB. The contractor must be on call 24/7 during inclement snow conditions, respond within one hour to Building 916 for work assignment, and provide one functional frontend loader with a minimum 3-4 yard bucket and 12' push blade, plus a dump truck capable of hauling snow. The contractor must also be able to provide back-up equipment within 2 hours if primary equipment is damaged. Snow removal shall be from areas designated by the Government POC, and snow shall not be plowed against docking areas, dumpsters, fire hydrants, fences, or to block driveways or sidewalks. The contractor must comply with all OSHA regulations and posted speed limits on Hill AFB.
