The contractor shall remove and replace lighting at both the EB and WB Farmland Rest Areas in DeWitt County on FAI 74 / I-74. New work includes LED roadway and highmast luminaires, aluminum light poles and 100-foot light towers with foundations, underground conduit and unit duct, electric service installations and utility connection, and special lighting controllers, along with removals of existing units, towers, foundations, controllers and cable, plus mobilization, construction layout, traffic control and protection, and regulated substances and waste disposal work, for completion by September 30, 2027.
