The contractor will perform HMA resurfacing of 103rd St. including hot-mix asphalt surface removal, aggregate subgrade improvement, binder and surface courses, tack coat, joint sealant and Class D patches, plus combination curb and gutter removal and replacement, sidewalk removal and PCC sidewalk, driveways, sodding, storm sewer and drainage structures, signing, thermoplastic and temporary pavement markings, traffic control and protection, construction layout and mobilization, and traffic signal improvements including maintenance of existing signals, conduit and cable, detector loops, pedestrian signal heads and posts, accessible pedestrian signals, modifying the existing controller, temporary signal timing and re-optimization.
