With these grants, you will provide technical assistance (TA) to the people and organizations HUD serves. Under this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), HUD will award up to $86,000,000 in 2026 funding for TA. We invite applications from organizations with deep experience and a commitment to excellence.
If awarded, you will deliver results in communities across the country and support the Administration's priorities. As a recipient, you will:

Recipients that do not meet CCTA's high performance standards will not succeed. HUD may monitor your performance and may end an award under 2 CFR 200.340.

Recipients will develop tools and products that train and educate, work directly with communities to improve their systems and processes, assess audiences to design curriculums, partner with HUD on urgent high-priority projects, and serve as a thought partner with HUD by helping identify needs, share ideas, and create innovative work. They will also coordinate work with other award recipients and receive training from HUD's Office of Technical Assistance.
