Proposals will be opened and read aloud at the 2nd Floor Conference Room, 240 Constitution
Boulevard, Dallas, Georgia 30132 shortly after 10:00 am EDT. Proposals received after the
designated time will not be considered. The OWNER of the project is the Paulding County
Board of Commissioners. The Engineer/Architect for the project is Paulding County
Department of Transportation.
The approximate extent and character of the Work is generally described as follows:
Reconstruct the existing intersection between Seven Hills Boulevard and
Naturewalk parkway/ Fieldstone Lane. The intersection is currently a four way with
the side streets under stop control. The project will convert the intersection into a
single lane roundabout.
Bidders shall inform themselves concerning Georgia Laws and comply with same.
Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Paulding County Euna Bonfire eProcurement
Portal at https://paulding.bonfirehub.com no later than 10:00 a.m., local time, on Friday,
September 25, 2026. While electronic submission through Bonfire is the County's preferred
method of receipt, sealed hard copy bids delivered to the Purchasing Division, 240 Constitution
Blvd., 2nd Floor, Dallas, GA 30132 prior to the designated deadline may also be accepted.
Reconstruct the existing intersection between Seven Hills Boulevard and Naturewalk parkway/ Fieldstone Lane. The intersection is currently a four way with the side streets under stop control. The project will convert the intersection into a single lane roundabout. All work performed for this project will be IAW Georgia Department of Transportation Standard Specification for Construction of Roads and Bridges, Current Edition, and attached modifications and special provisions.
