The Catoosa County Government (hereafter "the sponsor' is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firm(s) or organization(s) to provide consultant services for patching, asphalt overlay, single surface treatment, and earth shoulder backfilling along four (4) locations; Burning Bush Road from Boynton Drive to Three Notch Road, Graysville Road from Highway 41 / SR 3 North to Tennessee State Line, Pollard Road from Boynton Drive to Candy Lane, and Hacket Mill Road from Rollins Industrial to Industrial Boulevard.
This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify potential providers for the Scope of Services for the project/contract listed in Exhibit I. Firms that respond to this RFQ, and are determined by the sponsor to be sufficiently qualified, may be deed eligible, and invited to offer a technical approach and/or possibly present and/or interview for these services. All respondents to the RFQ are subject to instruction communicated in this document, and are cautioned to completely review the entire RFQ and follow instructions carefully. The sponsor reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications or Technical Approach, and to waive technicalities and informalities at the discretion of the sponsor. Documents are available on the County Website at: www.catoosacountyga.gov/bids and the Georgia Procurement Registry at: https://ssl.doas.state.ga.us/gpr/index. ONE (1) copy of your SOQ must be electronically submitted to the Georgia Procurement Registry, https://ssl.doas.state.ga.us/gpr/index not later than 2:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.
