The actual volume of examinations is unknown, and no minimum number of examinations is guaranteed. The County may request services on an as-needed basis during the contract term.

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
This is an invitation to submit a proposal to supply Chatham County with services as indicated
herein. Proposals shall be submitted on-line on the County’s procurement portal
https://chathamcountyga.bonfirehub.com/portal up to 5:00 P.M., October 29, 2026. The
Purchasing Director reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive formalities.
Instructions for preparation and submission of a qualification proposal are contained in the Request
for Proposal package. Please note that specific forms for submission of a proposal are required.
Any changes to the conditions and specifications must be in the form of a written addendum to be
valid; therefore, the Procurement Specialist will issue a written addendum to document approved
changes. For good and sufficient reason, up to 24 hours before the advertised deadline, the County
may extend the response schedule. An addendum will be issued setting forth the new date and
time.

The contractor shall provide polygraph examination services on an as-needed basis at the request of the Chatham County Police Department. Required services may include criminal investigation examinations; internal affairs, administrative, and personnel-related examinations; pre-employment screening examinations; sexual-offense, theft, narcotics, violent-crime, and other specialized examinations; pre-test interviews, examination administration, post-test interviews, scoring, professional opinion, and written reporting; consultation with County personnel; testimony, depositions, affidavits, or other litigation support; and secure handling, retention, production, and destruction of examination records. The contractor must provide a private, secure, professional testing environment, use properly maintained equipment, and provide written reports within the agreed turnaround time.
